Being a Mentor Liaison (ML) for an EWA has been rewarding for both of us. We are  in the technology industries and understand the challenges of often being the only woman in leadership. I have pretty much seen it all - and am sharing lots of lessons I learned as I moved into the CEO role.

Paulette Pantoja, CEO of Blu. Digital Media Solutions

"I have been at the C-level of the finance industry as a woman of color and as CFO i have more stories to tell than you could write books about! So whatever my EWA shares with me I have seen before, and I know that every session we have together gives her insights and strategies that are already changing her success profile significantly towards the positive. She is now taking credit for her successes instead of standing back and I see her growing and maturing weekly. I am looking forward to mentoring EWA's for many years to come. What  a privilege!

Joya De Foor, Former CFO City of Atlanta, Former Treasurer City of Los Angeles, Deloitte Management Consulting

Having an opportunity to mentor my EWA has been incredibly rewarding. We are a great match since we share similarities in both our cultural upbringing and life experiences. She is truly remarkable and I admire her strength and dedication as she pursues her career aspirations and personal development. I look forward to supporting her in aligning her personal strategy for career advancement and hope that my past experience and network connection can help her achieve her goals quicker. She is more-and-more excited about her future growth in her organization and in the direction she is headed. She knows that she has my full support, the support and guidance of our wonderful Founder and Chair, Larraine Segil and of all the amazing women leaders in EWA and LSS

Rocio Chatham, Vice President Human Resources, The Aerospace Group

Being CEO of a global organization over the past 20 years has given me wisdom that it is now my pleasure to pass on to a young woman who is clearly a rising superstar. I know well the bumps in the road that she is experiencing and also the way she needs to handle them in order to make it up into the C level. She has the smarts, the drive and the tenacity to deal with the global travel and stresses - I have been there and will help her through these years while she has a young family  and is focused on achieving her corporate goals.

Linda Lore, Former CEO of Giorgio Beverly Hills and Frederick's of Hollywood, Former Senior Executive at P&G, CEO of Injoy Global.
